About Lars

Lars is a furniture and industrial designer currently based in San Diego, CA. He began his journey as a woodworker and artist before going to school for industrial design at Iowa State University where he graduated with honors in 2021.

Since then he has been working professionally in the world of residential furniture where he has had over 100 designs sampled and shown to big retail customers, some already making it to production.

He has also been featured on Designboom.com and other publications for his innovative ski design using melted down plastic bags.

His skills are in material innovation, problem solving, trend awareness, and aesthetic sensibility.
